Pumpkin Martini
- 2 oz vanilla flavored vodka
- 1/2 oz cream liqueur
- 1/2 oz pumpkin liqueur or spice syrup
- Garnish: whipped cream and cinnamon stick
With no gin or vermouth its hard to call this one a ‘martini’ by any stretch of the imagination. None the less, it has become a signature Thanksgiving drink and the name has stuck. Open up your home’s bar over the holidays and try one of these martinis.
