Right now, I am on a major Panera kick for breakfast, lunch AND dinner. I’m currently obsessed with the Thai Chicken Salad (pictured below). It’s made with chicken (obviously), cashews, fire-roasted edamame, red peppers, carrots, fresh cilantro and crispy wonton strips – all tossed in a low-fat Thai chili vinaigrette dressing and then drizzled with peanut sauce  – yum!!!

This morning, I went to Panera with my 5-year-old nephew, who after eating, wanted to use my camera – I have to say, I think he took some pretty good pics!
