Ivy Stark is the corporate executive chef of Dos Caminos overseeing all culinary operations for its seven locations in New York City, Las Vegas, Atlantic City and Fort Lauderdale. She pairs years of extensive restaurant experience with unique hands-on learning in Mexico to offer Dos Caminos guests a fresh and contemporary take on authentic Mexican cuisine.
