I love Las Vegas.

No matter how many times I have been here, it seems that each time I visit there are so many new and exciting shows to see, restaurants to dine at, people to meet, and let’s not forget the pools!

This trip I am staying at the Palazzo Resort and Casino and have a 36th floor suite with a gorgeous view of the Las Vegas strip (including the Treasure Island Resort which has a nightly pirate show complete with fireworks), as well as the Mountains.

Although J and I just got here yesterday, we already had a chance to eat at one of our favorite Restaurants, Dos Caminos.

Dos Caminos is a modern Mexican restaurant featuring some of my favorite foods including three types of ceviche, fresh guacamole made table side and some of the best tacos, salsas and sangrias! (I’m a huge Mexican food junkie!).

Also, we have enjoyed some time in the casinos and even went off the strip a bit to check out the Pinball Hall of Fame! I have the pinball classics on the Wii so it was a lot of fun to see some of the great pinball games the way they were played originally.

With plenty of time left for this vacation, I am looking forward to experiencing more of the hotel’s gorgeous pools (The Palazzo has seven pools!) and I am even planning to rent a cabana on Wednesday, try out the resort’s gym and spa (Need to stay relatively healthy while I am here) and I am especially looking forward to seeing Holly Madison‘s show, Peepshow now playing at Planet Hollywood – (Lol, Planet ‘Holly’ wood – get it?)
