Mariah Carey and her husband Nick Cannon are selling their gorgeous, tropical waterfront villa located in the Bahamas. The famous couple is letting go of an expensive keepsake given the couple’s wedding took place there in 2008, but I’m sure the price tag of $5.5 Million will help letting go be a little less painful.

The property, known as Villa Sea Lily, sits on the wealthy and very exclusive Windermere Island, just off the coast of Elethera Island. (Residents fly in by helicopter, private jet, or a bridge manned by a guard). More information and photos below.

Villa Sea Lily is right on the ocean front and features 4,000-square feet, three-bedrooms, three-bathrooms, a 40ft swimming pool at the front of the villa that looks directly to the ocean and is surrounded by a marble terrace with cabana and sun loungers, and superb views from every room of the house.

The villa has four seperate buildings which can be used as guest rooms. The guest rooms are in seperate buildings adjacent to the main living area. Each has a marble bathroom and wet bar.
